A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join an international manufacturer for the rail industry.
About the company:
A well established international business. They specialise in:
- Automotive switches.
- Wireless charging solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing UK presence in both new and existing accounts within the rail industry.
- Understanding customers needs, and selling at a solution led approach.
- Presenting and demonstrating products and solutions.
- Managing and growing existing accounts.
- Attending client meetings, regular UK travel.
- Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, building a full sales pipeline.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience selling into the rail industry.
- Technically aware, and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive sales approach.
- Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
- Able to travel.

- Basic salary £50k
- Bonus, OTE £70k
