We have an excellent opportunity for a Control Systems Engineer to join a leading automation company that specialises in warehouse automation.
The role will involve taking projects through from concept to completion, developing PLC code and associated processes from scratch and liaising the design engineers through the design phase.
Then taking the lead role in implementing final commissioning to handover stage at clients’ sites throughout the UK and occasionally Europe or International.
What’s needed for me to be considered for the Control Systems Engineer role?
- Experienced PLC commissioning engineer familiar with Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms using Step 7 / TIA Portal / Logix5000 packages.
- Experience with conveyor systems / warehouse ASRS systems would be an advantage.
- Experience developing PLC code and associated processes from scratch.
