Job Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager, with a good track record for establishing and maintaining long term relationships with their customers ideally in a software and/or Jewellery related industry
You will be required to develop an in-depth understanding of the sector, the key requirements, and the subsequent benefits our solution can offer. You should be able to clearly identify how software and solutions features translate into benefits for the customer.
The role will be targeted on customer retention and upsell, but with a strong focus on customer success, ensuring they are operating effectively using our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively work on customer migrations and addons to our range of services
- Migrate existing customers on the ClearAccept gateway using strategic negotiation skills
- Increase revenues/SAAS subscriptions of existing customers
- Maintain regular contact with all customers
- Ensure accurate records are maintained and visible to other stakeholders on the internal CRM system
- Create, identify, and qualify selling opportunities within the install base
- Manage the sales cycle and report accurately on the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with other teams including: Support, Logistics, New Business Sales, Development and Marketing
- Provide the highest level of Customer service
- Over time develop strategic growth plans for key accounts in your portfolio
- Continually develop industry and product knowledge
- The role required frequent travel and overnight stays to meet with customers in the UK and Europe
- To exhibit at trade events, exhibitions and trade meetings
Desirable attributes for this position:
- Proven success in a target-driven client facing Account Management role.
- An understanding of software and technology.
- Capability to capture requirements and demonstrate the softwareโs ability to meet them.
- Ability to produce good proposal documentation and presentations.
- Ability to maintain a pleasant manner and calm disposition in difficult situations.
