My client is looking for Switchboard Operators to respond to all types of emergencies as per defined procedures, reacting quickly and effectively, recording all incidents and actions taken.
Role: Switchboard Operator
Location: Exeter (Onsite)
Duration: 8 weeks initially (strong potential of extension / permanent contract)
Rate: £14+ per hour (Anti-social hours, overtime and nights paid at an increased rate)
Start: ASAP
Duties & Skills:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Previous experience of using a switchboard
• Previous Telephonist/Customer Service experience
• Able to work flexibly and co-operatively as part of a team
• Post is based on a shift pattern working 37.5 hours per week
