Your typical day/duties:
- Dealing with HOT inbound web leads and telephone phone enquiries – absolutely no cold calling EVER!
- Build rapport with your customer
- Converting inbound enquiries into deals
- Handling multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Overcome any objections
Who/what are we looking for?
- Sales experience, ideally telesales, however if you have a customer service background and fancy a change then please apply.
- Equally if you are inexperienced and looking for a career in sales then please tell us why you would be a great candidate for this role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
