Our client, an Award-Winning Financial Planners firm, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Administrator to support and ensure the smooth running of the business by providing first-class customer service for their clients and performing general administration duties.
Reporting to Senior Management, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Customer Service Duties:
- Spearheading the welcoming process for new inquiries and potential clients.
- Crafting engaging responses and materials to showcase our services and values.
- Nurturing existing client relationships through attentive communication and personalised support.
- Ensuring that all processes, procedures, and client communications are conducive to a high standard of customer care.
- Managing and arranging client appointments and reviews as agreed by the Financial Planners.
- Dealing with queries from all clients to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained.
- Supporting the delivery of and achievement of the client service standards.
Admin Duties:
- Providing assistance and support to Senior Financial Administrators and Operations Manager in the delivery of all aspects of general office administration.
- Taking charge of all incoming and outgoing business post with precision and timeliness.
- Diary management for the business as required.
- Managing and recording client data onto appropriate business systems and files.
- Delivering agreed project activities as designated by Senior Management.
- Continuous professional development to meet personal development needs.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling them to adeptly convey information, provide assistance, and offer clear guidance to customers. In addition, they should demonstrate robust problem-solving capabilities, exude confidence, and exhibit innate organisational abilities.
