Job Description
- Establishing and managing supplier relationships including continuous improvement and development goals.
- Leading new supplier assessments and supplier development activities.
- Auditing key suppliers, supporting customer and third-party audits, and conducting internal audits.
- Driving quality throughout the company and ensuring adherence to processes, product standards and quality.
- Actively driving reductions in the cost of poor quality (COPQ).

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Supplier Quality Engineer role.
- Knowledge of and experience working with metallic components.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and experience auditing to this standard.
- Ability to work autonomously.
