My client are seeking a Conveyancing Secretary to join their reputable firm based in Birkenhead. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will play a vital role in assisting the conveyancing team with various administrative tasks involved in the property conveyancing process.

Responsibilities:

Perform all administrative duties related to Conveyancing processes, including opening and closing files, monitoring post and emails, making necessary calls, photocopying, printing, scanning, and typing documents.
Interface with Estate Agents and Clients, ensuring effective communication and providing updates as needed.
Request Contracts and apply for Searches to facilitate the conveyancing process.
Assist with post-completion tasks, preparing bills, requesting funds, and coordinating bank transfers.
Handle all tasks in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all conveyancing matters.
Collaborate with the conveyancing team to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a Conveyancing or legal setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in standard office software and conveyancing software is a plus.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring all documents and processes meet the required standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
