This position is a key role within the HR Service Center, part of the HR Operations, EMEA team. It presents an exceptional opportunity to join a cohesive team focused on HR Operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will report to the HR Operations Manager and work collaboratively with the HR Operations team to support our EMEA customers effectively
You will offer direct HR operational support to the organization, coordinating closely with our broader global HR teams. Your role will encompass managing key HR tasks including interview scheduling, onboarding, overseeing job changes, managing Management Information (MI), and handling terminations. You will play a pivotal role in guiding HR projects and processes that are fundamental to enhancing our global candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of general oversight, this role involves addressing queries from employees or managers in line with set protocols.

Handles requests and questions that necessitate straying from typical scripts and guidelines.

Engages with either the Center of Expertise or HR Business Partner as needed and knows when to escalate issues appropriately.

Keeps up-to-date and thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and practices.

Recognises patterns in escalations and finds ways to meet unique or evolving requests.

Manages the life-cycle of tickets in the case management system, from creation and monitoring to resolution.
Qualifications:
-
A level, HR Qualification, CIPD
-
German speaker (C1 level)
-
Experience in HR or Shared Services operations; experience spanning multiple HR areas is desirable.

Knowledge of Case Management systems, ACD/IVR, and HR Portal technology desirable.
