We are recruiting for a forward-thinking organisation committed to financial services excellence. Following a recent review of their training strategy, they’re on a mission to revolutionise how their customers learn and grow. As the Head of Learning, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving their training strategy forward, ensuring year-on-year revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with policy colleagues to ensure our training offerings reflect evolving industry priorities and changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with customers and industry partners to align training objectives and support learning strategies.
- Innovative Design: Shape and develop digital on-demand training programs.
- New Opportunities: Identify innovative delivery methods and engage customers.
- In-House Excellence: Grow and enhance their in-house training offerings, driving revenue.
- Forum Leadership: Lead and develop the Learning and Development member forum, fostering research and demand.
- Financial Acumen: Take ownership of annual training P&L targets, providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Insightful Reporting: Provide relevant management information to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to create compelling content for promotional campaigns.
- Supplier Management: Ensure quality assurance by engaging and managing relevant suppliers.
- Product Ownership: Oversee content management or LMS solutions.
- Leadership: Undertake broader leadership responsibilities within the Commercial Delivery team.
