Customer Service Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid minimum 20% on-site in our Oxford Science Park office

About the role

The CSM will lead and manage the provision of best-in-class customer service and experience to Nominet’s customers and stakeholders, including domain registrants and registrars, customers of new products & services sold through the channel and B2C via TheUKDomain, RSP clients and their registrars and PDNS customers.?? 

About you and your experience

  • Management experience in a dynamic, positive and innovative customer service environment??? 
  • Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service and service level agreements?? 
  • Technical awareness or ability to grasp technical concepts quickly?? 
  • Understanding of the domain name system (desirable)?? 
  • Ability to champion the services the teams deliver both Internally and externally?? 
  • Experience of working in collaboration with the product team to ensure the product roadmap has a customer focus 
  • Good knowledge of the internet industry? 
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships, both internally and externally
