Key Responsibilities:
– Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property contracts and agreements.
– Advising on property finance, development projects, and land use.
– Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for property transactions.
– Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure a seamless service.
Essential Skills & Experience:
– Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
– Minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
– Strong technical knowledge and experience in commercial property transactions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
– Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
