A leading London market insurance business are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team and will be responsible leading and delivering the annual and long-term strategic plan for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Create the annual financial plan in partnership with the business to drive future profitable growth
Manage and communicate with the various stakeholders of the plan
Work closely with the individuals responsible for forecasting to bring greater alignment across Finance between planning, forecasting and the analysis of actuals.
Design and execute a rigorous planning timetable to meet deadlines
Monitoring financial performance against identified benchmarks.
Management and development of expense MI (monthly /quarterly) for inclusion in materials for Boards, executive management, committees and parent company
The successful candidate for this FP&A Manager role will need to come from an FP&A or business partnering background within the insurance industry, ideally within the London market. The candidate will also need to be qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
