About the Role
Are you an experience HR Professional?
Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team, they offer free parking and hybrid working.
You will be the first point of call for advice and support to the company and its employees. You be leading on all employee relations, HR analytics and identification of key themes, annual performance management process, and many more crucial aspects of HR.
• Taking the lead on all aspects of employee relations including support investigations, hearing cases, supporting, and guiding managers.
• Leading on analysing HR data and escalate any key trends/themes to the HR Business Partners
• Update HR policies as required in line with employment law changes
• Updating templates/forms/processes in line with business need and policy changes
• Support projects/initiatives when required
• Ensuring bi-annual reviews and annual reviews are complete across the business as well as any performance enhancement plans
• Provide advice and coaching for managers and employees
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
• Experience working at HR Advisor / Officer level
• Ability to be self-driven and a self-starter
• Innovative and creative ‘can do’ attitude and approach
• Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work
• Pro-active approach
• Excellent communicator who can build strong working relationships
Desirable:
• Hold Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification
