This newly created role will sit in a wider global employment team but focusses primarily on the UK and European regions. The ideal candidate has charisma, drive and the desire to continuously learn in a team environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience providing legal advice to HR teams and other internal stakeholders on employment matters in various EMEA jurisdictions.
- The ability to manage all pre-litigation and litigation matters for employment related disputes, working alongside external counsel to create relevant strategies.
- Confidence in updating, developing and reviewing employment related documents.
- Experience creating and providing internal training on regulations relating to employment matters.
- Be able to stay up to date with all employment law changes and relay relevant information to the necessary stakeholders.
- England and Wales qualified solicitor with experience in a related industry from either in-house or private practice roles.
- The ideal candidate is 3-5 PQE however all candidates will be considered.
