We are seeking an organised, numerical, and motivated individual who is looking to kickstart their career in accountancy and payroll as a Trainee Payroll Admin. This is an opportunity to join a well-established Accountancy firm based in Weston Super Mare.
You would be assisting with processing payroll for a wide variety of clients, so being able to work accurately and methodically is key.
Day-to-day duties would include:
· Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring all payrolls are processed and completed efficiently.
· Actively managing the expectations of clients and providing a positive working ethic
· Assisting with new payroll onboarding when needed
· Supporting with engagement letters and AML procedures for new clients
· Supporting with HMRC investigations and queries
· Arranging pension contribution payments on time
· Identify potential new business opportunities for payroll services
Requirements:
· Recent graduate or college student looking for a role within Financial Services
· Methodical, analytical, and outgoing individual
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
