HR Business Partner – People Experience & Success
Ideally 60-90 minutes form Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire / Hybrid Working (2-3 days in the office) and Occasional UK Company Site Visits
Full time or open to 4 days or flexible working arrangements

The HR Business Partner Opportunity:

As HR Business Partner, you will operate as a senior leader in the HR Head Office Team. You will work with the executive leader you partner to define specific functional HR strategies and collaborate with the wider HR Team to execute on agreed strategies.

Accountable for employee relations in functional areas, you will work closely with a HR Officer to support day-to-day employee relations and directly manage complex cases yourself. You will identify HR related trends and training opportunities, create solutions and collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver agreed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Working with leaders to define functional HR priorities that align with the employee experience we want to create as well as future business direction..
+ Working with the wider HR Team and business to co-design the right HR products/initiatives for your function and wider business.
+ Initiating and facilitating discussions around future change and transformation.
+ Planning, forecasting, coordinating and brokering reactive HR activity.
+ Working with the Resourcing team and leaders to support them in attracting future talent.
+ Working with leaders to develop their talent and to create career defining experiences.
+ Encouraging the team to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning.
+ Owning the employee life cycle and key HR practices for the function.
+ Encouraging the functions involvement in Diversity and Inclusion interventions to raise awareness, encourage open and honest conversations and allow our people to be themselves at work.

About you:

+ CIPD level 7 or equivalent work experience.
+ Experience in HR Business Partner role or similar.
+ Experience in a Head Office Partnering role (desirable)
+ Knowledge of the latest HR trends with evidence of practical application.
+ Broad knowledge and experience of employee relations, including complex cases.
+ Excellent relationship building and communication, listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels.
+ Adept at influencing stakeholders and challenging the status quo.
+ A progressive, non-bureaucratic approach to HR.
+ An ability to work in an agile way in a matrix organisation.
+ Able to make quick, sound decisions based on knowledge and judgement.
+ Common sense – always spots opportunities to simplify and improve processes.
+ Marketing, communication, and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiatives.
+ Authentic leader that can create fellowship across the organisation.
+ Demonstrates care for all team members regardless of the situation.
+ Knowledge of change management methodologies is desirable but not essential.
