- Focus on inbound private and public sector leads
- Identify, map, and approach warm prospects
- Deliver warm prospect outreach via phone, email, and social media
- Prepare and deliver demos
- Question, understand, and establish prospect pain points
- Guide prospects through the sales process
- Build strong rapport
- Collaborate with colleagues to help refine the sales playbook
- Continue personal development and learning
