This role based in our Epsom office, has a friendly and energetic atmosphere and offers the flexibility with some home working, once the initial training period has been completed.
As a Business Manager, you will be motivating and leading four already successful consultants, covering the business support and administration sector across the geography of Epsom and Sutton. This is a ‘hands-on’ managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus! The Epsom office, as a whole, cover accountancy, finance, HR, marketing and legal and so is a collaborative environment.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Run your own desk, supporting your team in winning business and filling jobs
- Managing the business area with P&L responsibility
- Shaping the sales, set the KPI’s – we want a manager who understands the value of input/output and how to grow business over just churning out sales calls
- To win new clients
- Manage the team with a culture of coaching and development
- Manage, develop, and accelerate, our day to day, long-term and permanent income on an ongoing basis
