1:1 Teaching Assistant Job in Tewkesbury, Year 3, Full time.
Your new school:
A primary school in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant who will join a strong, supportive and dynamic teaching team. The school is welcoming and inclusive of all, creating an environment which encourages children to meet their full potential and develop their skills. You will be required to work on a full-time basis (5 days per week). Parking is available.
Your new role:
If successful, you will be working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Year 3. You will be supporting a child with communication needs. This will be on a 1:1 basis focusing on their classroom engagement and their social wellbeing. You will also need to have good communication skills as you will be regularly communicating with children, teachers and parents.
What you’ll need to succeed:
You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years. You will need to be enthusiastic and passionate about the role. The ability to communicate effectively with all members of staff, parents and pupils.
